Vintage polychrome chandelier

This 1920's/30's polychrome Art Nouveau five light chandelier has a beautiful dark golden orange with red/green painted design. It is very lightweight, weighing approximately 3-1/2 lbs, so believe it is made of cast aluminum (magnet does not stick). It measures 16-1/2'' diameter by 11'' high without chain. Chain is 13'' long. The ceiling cap looks original to the chandelier and measures 5-1/2'' diameter and 2-1/2'' high. The chandelier is in good vintage condition but does need rewiring as it has the original cloth wiring that is worn in some areas.  The cap has a hole in the side but believe it is original to the piece (see last photo).
Light bulbs are not included.
