It comes with the top and bottom section of the lock, the backing plate, rivets and burrs and 2 old style keys. The box is labeled with the following information : Stock No. 26-L-165, Lock Locker Trunk, Complete with Rivets, Burrs and Keys, -1 Each-Lock No. 8713, Cont.#W199-QM43356, CQMD 4/7/43, Eagle Lock Co., Terryville, Conn. (From long term storage the original box shows signs of storage). The complete OD  Footlocker Lock Set Dated
