Converts T5 S-10, T5 Camaro, and T5 Mustang with the late  (Ford-style) bolt to the early (Muncie/Saginaw) bolt pattern in order to mount to Chevrolet V8 bellhousing.
Adapter plate is 1/2" thick. Requires Chevrolet T5 S-10 or T5 Camaro bearing retainer.
All mounting hardware is included.
