Vintage Mid Century Mikimoto Sterling Silver Akoya Cultured Pearl Mother of Pearl Cufflinks Cuff Links
May I offer:
Dating to the 1960s or so, may I offer this pair of silver, grey mother of pearl and Akoya cultured pearl cufflinks by Mikimoto.  With a round design to the front, the grey/black mop slabs are set with a creamy orb that displays that "touch of pink" so desired in cultured pearls.  Condition is excellent with no problems I can spot.
Metal Content is Sterling Silver with Hallmarks of SILVER along with the Mikimoto clamshell hallmark.
Fronts measure 5/8" high/wide.  The cultured pearl measures 5mm.  Combined weight is 7.1 grams.
Final Comments:  You cannot purchase Mikimoto goods in silver in the United States so if wanting to save a nice chunk of change on a beautiful maker name links, then buy silver and pretend it's white gold!  Sorry, no box - just the cufflinks.
