New Wooden Artist Tote Box distributed by Michael's.  Includes removable palette.  Hinged with handle.  Dividers are fixed in place.  Outside dimensions of tote are 16 7/8" x 13 1/4" x 3 1/8".  2 boxes available, picture may not be the exact one shipped.
