WWII WW2 US army signal corps Talbot Reel & mfg co binoculars case 6x30 original.
Binoculars in good vintage condition. Serial number E 182433. Some wear and crackling to the black paint. Wear to the faux brown leather wrap. Both eyepieces adjust fully as they should and binoculars focus nicely. There is some slight spotting in both lenses that you can see as you focus. There is one small chip in the right eyecup Original brown leather neck strap attached to binoculars, still flexible and relatively strong, though I would not use it to wear these regularly. Original leather case in average worn condition. It is missing the shoulder strap and one of the strap supports on the right side. The rear belt strap is present. The case is a little dry with some cracking. The securing strap is still there but the leather is delicate. The compass face is still there but no glass or pointer. The screw on cover is still there and screws on and off easily and securely. This seems to be always missing. The interior of the case is also dry with some cracking and wear. The inside of the lid is nicely marked.
